Microsoft Excel - Paste as Picture
Excel offers the option to paste as a picture. To do this, after you copy whatever you are copying, hold down the Shift Key before you click on Edit. The Paste and Paste Special menu items will change to Paste Picture (which posts a static picture – when original data is updated, picture does not update) and Paste Picture Link (which maintains the link to the original data for updates).
