Our complimentary services include:

Site Selection & Inspection - The NCVB will gladly make arrangements for you to visit any of the fabulous meeting/banquet facilities and accompany you when meeting with their staff to discuss your event needs.

Bid Proposals - Based on your requirements, the NCVB will acquire pricing, room availability and other necessary information from Naperville hotels, banquet halls and other facilities.

Event Coordination - You can turn to the NCVB when you need information about products, suppliers and services for your event. From florists to rental cars, and other items that will make your event special, we can refer you to the right businesses to suit your needs.

Visitor Guides - In advance of your event, the NCVB will send your attendees a Naperville Visitors Guide containing hotel, restaurant, area attractions and other information about Naperville.

City Dignitaries, Welcome Banner and Carrying Bags - Welcome your event participants with a visit from the Mayor or other City dignitaries. With advance notice we can make arrangements for a welcom visit. The NCVB can print a banner with your company or event name and have it placed in your host hotel visible to your arriving guests. Plastice carrying bags are also available for event coordinators to use for literature and registration packet distribution.

Leisure Activities and Spouse Tours - Naperville has seven golf courses, a wide variety of restaurants, an award winning Riverwalk, charming downtown shops, a historic 19th century village and a children's museum to enterain your event attendees and their family members. The NCVB will help you design leisure time activities with your group in mind.
